  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

4. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to all serviceable addresses within India.

  • If you plan to offer international shipping, this section must be expanded to include policies on customs, duties, and taxes.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

  • GoWatch.in is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us at info@gowatch.in and we will assist you in filing a claim. You must save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • We verify the shipping address provided at checkout. If the customer provides an incorrect address, and the package is delivered to that address, GoWatch.in is not responsible for recovering or replacing the package.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
