Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

 

1. Our Policy - Exchange Only

GoWatch.in operates a strict 7-day Exchange Only policy. This means that we do not offer monetary refunds for purchases. If you are not satisfied with your watch, you may exchange it for an item of equal or greater value (with you paying the difference) within 7 days of the date you received your order.

2. Exchange Eligibility Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date the order is marked as 'Delivered' by the shipping carrier to initiate an exchange request. Requests made after this 7-day period will not be accepted.

3. Exchange Conditions

All watches submitted for exchange must meet the following strict conditions:

  • Condition: The watch must be absolutely unused and unworn. There must be no visible signs of wear, scratches, scuffs, marks, or alterations whatsoever.

  • Original Packaging: The watch must be returned in its complete original packaging, including the box, outer sleeve, user manual, warranty card (unfilled/unstamped), and any accessories or promotional items.

  • Tags & Protection: All original protective plastics, stickers, and security tags must be fully intact and not removed or tampered with.

  • Sizing: Bracelets must not have been sized, and straps must not show any creasing or signs of being worn.

  • Proof of Purchase: The original invoice or proof of purchase must be included in the return package.

Note: Any watch that fails our quality inspection (i.e., shows signs of wear or has missing parts/packaging) will be sent back to the customer, and the exchange request will be voided.

4. How to Initiate an Exchange

To start an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Request Authorization: Email us at info@gowatch.in or call us at (+91) - 9978614121 within the 7-day window to request an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN). Please provide your Order Number and the details of the item you wish to exchange it for.

  2. Wait for Approval: Once your request is approved and the availability of the new item is confirmed, you will receive an email with the EAN and return shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the watch and all original contents. You are responsible for safely shipping the item back to us. We highly recommend using a traceable and insured courier service. GoWatch.in is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

5. Exchange Process

  • Once the returned watch is received and passes our quality inspection, we will immediately process the exchange.

  • Exchange for Higher Value: If the new watch you have chosen is of higher value than the original purchase, you will be required to pay the difference before the new watch is shipped.

  • Exchange for Equal or Lower Value: If the new watch is of equal or lower value, we will process a store credit for the difference, which you can use for future purchases on GoWatch.in. No cash or bank refunds will be given.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the cost of shipping the original item back to us and the cost of shipping the new item to you.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a watch that is defective or damaged upon delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. In such cases, a replacement for the same model will be offered, or an exchange for a different item will be arranged, after a full inspection.
